Rates are based on entire private house rental, per 1 week stay.

June-September / rates are $4,800.00 per week.
October - May / rates are $3,800.00 per week
Winter rentals and special winter rates also available upon request
Daily maid service and breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee

Please inquire about individual room availability.
Rates are for double occupancy, per night with a 2 night minimum stay.
These rates include breakfast and afternoon refreshment.

BEACH ROOM
$179.00 per night

KING ROOM
$159.00 per night

THE CORAL SUITE
$249.00 per night

Coral Rooms reserved as individual guest rooms:
$139.00 per night

50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking for reserving the entire house, balance due time of arrival.
A credit card refundable security of $500.00 is required for damages upon arrival.
