beach house weekly rental
We are now offering the use of the entire Beach House for weekly rentals / Saturday - Saturday.
In addition to the Beach & King's amenities you have full use of :
- Kitchen, fully appointed with appliances, granite countertops plus washer and dryer.
- Beautiful Dining Room with table that seats up to 12 people
- Family Room with 42” LCD screen TV, large sectional couch with pull out DBL. bed
- Downstairs seasonal bedroom with DBL bed
- Full bath on the first floor with shower and tub
- 4 bedrooms upstairs all with queen size beds, 25” LCD screen TV’s, full baths and stunning views (see individual room links)
- Third floor "seagull's nest" bedroom with queen size bed
- Entire property will sleep 12 - 14 people with 5 full baths
- For your additional convenience, the entire Inn has wireless internet access
And of course you and your guests will enjoy Front Beach and a picturesque setting with stunning ocean views and a 5-minute stroll to historic Bearskin Neck and the village of Rockport.
BOOK EARLY
June-September / rates are $5,050.00 per week.
October - May / rates are $4,050.00 per week
Winter rentals and special winter rates also available upon request
Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee
50% deposit is due upon booking for reserving the entire house, balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
A credit card security of $500.00 is required for damages.
